First of all, your advisor will introduce themselves and show their Avalon ID. They’ll show you all the benefits of an Avalon plan and explain how a funeral plan can help you beat rising funeral costs. They may ask you questions in order to understand what you’re looking for, or talk to you about why you’re thinking of buying a funeral plan.

If you do choose to buy a plan with Avalon, your advisor can talk you through payment options and help you with the paperwork.

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on how many questions you have! Some people just want a quick overview of our plans, while others want to go through all the finer details over a cup of tea – either is fine with us.

Ask as many questions as you want, or ask our advisor to go over something again if you need to. The main thing is that you understand our plans and have the information you need to make the decision that’s right for you.

Can I have a friend or family member with me?

Of course. In fact, we think it’s a great idea to have someone else there with you to listen and ask questions. Feel free to invite a friend or family member to attend your appointment.

No, there are no medical checks or health questions when you buy an Avalon funeral plan. Our advisors won’t ask you any personal medical questions and you’re guaranteed to be accepted for our plans.
