Our plan names have changed

Here at Avalon, we like to keep things simple. 

Just like our plans, we give our customers everything they need, and none of the stuff they don’t. So, we’re renaming our plans to make sure they’re as easy to understand as they are to use. 

As of 3rd February 2020, you’ll notice that our Balmoral plan will be called our Standard Plan, our Highgrove plan will become our Plus Plan and our Windsor Way plan will be renamed our Premium Plan. Simple.

The features of these plans will remain the same; only the names are changing. Compare Avalon's plan features.

If you’ve already got a plan with us, you don’t need to worry about a thing. Your plan will be exactly the same as it was. But, if you have any questions about the plan you’ve chosen, you can still give our friendly customer support team a call on 0800 014 9112.
