As head of the department, Jo’s role involves working alongside funeral directors, to maintain and build excellent working relationships. This ensures that all our members have a prestigious local independent funeral director.

Responsible for processing new business and dealing with member enquiries. Melanie also looks after our European plans for members who have now returned back to the UK.

Alan has worked for Avalon for the past 20 years and continues to work closely with some of our local house bound members.

Responsible for managing  the administration team and overseeing the processing of new plans. Laurence ensures that customer service is continually at the highest level, not only for new members but importantly for Avalons existing customers.
